I lost 21 lbs. in 2011
I will Lose 25 lbs. in 2012 and REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT!!
I will stay positive, active, count my calories, watch my portion sizes, drink water & do my very best.
I will be workin' toward reachin' my goal weight by May for sons Graduation!
I'm off to a great start!!
Even though I didn't "feel" like it, I made sure to end 2011 (New Year's Eve) with exercise!!
TODAY, I will START 2012 with exercise!!
