2012...Looking forward to it. I joined SparkPeople 6 months ago. I did not have the amazing success or motivation of some. I did learn a lot and met a great group of like minded individuals to share the journey with.
This year is going to involve some pain and discomfort. I have spent the past year healing from the break up of my 25 year relationship. I was gentle with myself. Now it's time to get off my butt and live! I need to get ready to be tired, do things which are uncomfortable and begin to live the life I was meant to.
That means moving more, spending time cleaning and saying no to my daily sugar intake.
If I am successful I will feel better than I have in years. I want a new job so I need to be at the top of my game.
I am not sure yet what my day to day life will look like. I do know it will include more activity, fruits, veggies and less clutter. I know that I will make this my priority daily.
I look forward to the journey and sharing it with all Sparkers.
Let's enjoy success and fun! Are you with me?
Exercise is a refreshing kind of tired and eating healthy helps curb those sugar cravings. It won't be as painful as you think. Like it says in the book, The Spark, create an upward spiral with small accomplishments and before you know it, you will be living a healthy lifestyle with more energy than you've had in years.
This is YOUR YEAR! You have the power to make those healthy choices and you deserve it!
you will write the story of your new year, you will make the things you want to happen, along the way you will make new friends & supporters. make 2012 everything you want it to be! woohoo!! happy new year! 1968 days ago
