28 Day Bootcamp DVD: Day 3

Day 3 of the 28 Day Bootcamp DVD is a rest or crosstraining day ..... crosstraining defined as a 'light workout different from what you've been doing'.....

So, I got up this morning and did some stretching exercises and easy marching i place for 20 minutes .....have plans to rake leaves this afternoon before the weather turns cold the rest of the week.

INTENTION exercise and activity is my focus this New Year that includes not only completing this 28 Day Bootcamp DVD but also commiting to more daily movement in general.

My daughter and I are making a 'clean eating' shopping list and will be using the new SparkPeople Cookbook to plan meals and 'sneak in' healthy choices for the whole family....stay tuned!!!!
