ARGH! Can you believe I messed up my goal and it's barely the new year?
Yeah, I wanted to start out right with getting 6-7 hrs of sleep and then work my way up to 8. Well it's 6:08am and I'm just getting in bed. All I did was read the paper and my new Swimming magazine after a later than normal SNL show. I even skipped the party I had planned on attending.
I've seen articles that say we need more than 4-4.5 hours to not be obese. I have as hard a time getting in bed as I do not binging on carbs. They're probably intertwined. Along with other problems, I am close to the edge of saying forget it.
Sure hope to catch something positive. Good "night" all.
