I hardly ever make resolutions. I can never stick with them. But this year I have more confidence, because I have the lifestyle change mentality.
1. I hope to exercise at least 5 days/week.
2. Reach my goal weight by May for my class reunion.
3. Organize/clean a spot, counter, or drawer every day.
4. Be productive almost everyday. Do a fix-it project, work on a craft or sew or quilt.
