Just went snow skiing and my body is WEAK! Ugh! So, I set up a strength workout using two of the workouts from the "Workouts for Skiers and Snowboarders" article:
And I've just completed it, stretching and all.
Earlier this year I was on the fitness track using the SP Fitness Tracker. Thought I didn't need the tracker... stopped using it and fell off the wagon! Well, at least I'm back to what I know works. Using the tracker, ticking all those boxes and watching my SparkPoints climb really motivates me.
My regular, everyday eating habits have become quite healthy. The book, "Intuitive Eating," was a huge help:
I'm not way overweight, I'm simply super flabby and out of shape. Time to get the body moving!
So, I'm back... again. But at least I'm back.
