Right, here I am. On new years eve. In bed at 9pm.
Party animal, right here. Honestly I never 'got' the whole new years eve celebration. Yay, we survived another year. Go us.
Anyways... I am back on the band wagon tomorrow. I have had a bad few months of exercising (although my eating was good up until 3 weeks ago) and I figured that the new year was as good a time as any to start back on the spark track.
The gym I am a member of is closed for 3 days over new years. 3 days over christmas I can understand, but new years? Don't they know that there are thousands of people like me, new years resolutioners, who need an open gym to start their weight loss/fitness journey? Apparently not. Anyways...
So the plan for tomorrow is quick and easy - Go for a walk and do some shopping to get some healthy lunches and snacks in the house. And eat breakfast. Must not skip breakfast!!!
