It is time to start thinking about goals in the New Year. It is time to start thinking about what is to be accomplished in the New Year. It is time to start looking at what can be done to make 2012

even better.
Goals for January 2012
Non weight related
Stretch/quiet time daily
Clean file cabinet monthly (5th of the month)
Toss/donate two unused/unworn item monthly (15th of the month)
Have my Sparking completed by 7pm nightly
Scrapbook /craft twice a month. Must complete some unfinished projects (days TBD)
Look into counseling
Working to get my Weight Related Goals more specific WOOHOO!
Yoga
ME Workout
Zumba
Don't wait until

in January to make or start resolutions. If you have not done so, start thinking/making small, mini goals in your life today and build on those goals.
