As the year and month come to a close I have sat back and looked at what has been achieved and not achieved this year.
As most of you know I have had a very stressful year which has given me many setbacks.
I set myself the yearly target of 10000 fitness minutes and it has finally been achieved today. Not many minutes really but until August had fallen way behind my schedule. Thankfully today I achieved it with one day to spare. It has given me my sense of achievement and the great feeling that goes with that.
Not much else has been achieved of my personal goals but there is always tomorrow.
Many have asked me what resolutions I shall set for the new year. My answer is none. Every time I set myself New Year resolutions I fail so this year instead I shall just continue on a day to day basis and improve daily on one.
Thank you all for your support during 2011 and now we shall move forward with more success in our goals be they large or small.
