ONE DAY AT A TIME

Today is the last day our son and wife will be here as they plan to leave early Friday morning. I am determined to make progress in losing this weight by starting to re-read "THE SPARK".
On Friday I will take enough "ME" time to read at least 30 pages.
I know DH and I have a lot to do as we clean the park model where daughter and family stayed and then clean fifth wheel where our son and family stayed.
But I will take ONE DAY AT A TIME and blog about my progress.

    Ok, tsk tsk... where is your next blog? Tap tap tap goes my foot! emoticon I hope you're doing OK since your dear son left! My daughters left yesterday and it is so quiet at my house! I am so tired, I need a vacation, though, after having my parents for 10 days in our tiny house!

    Looking at your ticker, it seems that you're doing great on shedding pounds already. Its one of the best gifts each of us can give to ourselves. Pretty much every day I realize how much better I feel for having lost the weight I did this year, and how much easier all the physical activities are that had started to get a bit tougher. My wife has lost a lot too, but it only part of the way to what she needs to lose. Yet even so she's got more spring in her step than at this time last year.
