Today's Fitness
I did 20 minutes of fitness today.

Today's Highlights
Today's highlight was getting a solid 8.5 hours of sleep last night ahhh. Not too much fitness today, but another day in the consistency book.

This daily exercise habit is getting addictive, and I'm really enjoying it. Yesterday (26) I had a feldenkrais class and walked 2 km. Today's my personal training session!

    The 8 hours of sleep is the biggie!!!
Proper rest makes the consistency so much easier.

  Walked in beautiful 32 degree weather yesterday, 4 miles! Plan to do the same today, although the weather may be more challenging. The treadmill is always an option. emoticon

  I just joined today and I am excited to learn and do as much as I can in the next year to make new goals and live healthy and lose weight. I live in Togo, West Africa and work there as a missionary nurse/educator and so will only have one more month in the USA with good Internet and after that, it will be hit or miss due to lack of consistent Internet. Thanks for all your help and it is encouraging to read all the other blogs and stories. Thanks, Brenda

    Today I decided to make small changes to my lifestyle...I am walking the stairs for 3 minutes every hour since I get 10 minute breaks at work. I also did some standing wall push-ups too!Feeling good! One step at a time!

    I missed a day, but made up for it yesterday with 15 min. elliptical, 30 min. on stationary bike, and then 15 min. plus 5 min. cool down on treadmill.

I was recording my spark fitness and noticed that I had set a goal for myself of stretching 3 times a week and that I hadn't done that yet this week. So, I got out a beginner level yoga dvd and did that for an hour.

After all that, my goal of getting 8 hours sleep was easy to reach! I slept soundly and woke up this morning feeling strong!

    Doing a 60 minute walk today (3 minutes of walking, 2 minutes of running x 12 intervals). Glad to be home from vacation and back on my schedule. Good luck everyone and keep up the hard work!

    I got home in time to walk me dogs for 30 minutes before it got too dark. Combine that with the two 15 minute walking breaks at work and I did 60 minutes of fitness today! Plus my dogs loved walking a different route. Going to do it again tonight!

    i ran 13Km yesterday and am feeling very happy despite the fact that i only managed to cover the distance in a dismal 1 hour 45 minutes. But i hope to improve the timing. Today i did my daily spark workout! feeling pleased.

    today the girls and I joined a gym...that we WALKED to!! LOL We worked out about an hour trying out the different machines. I hope we don't lose the novelty of it...

    Have a winter cold, but, did manage to work today and got in about 4 hours of walking and 7,216 steps altogether. Will do more tomorrow.
