I did 20 minutes of fitness today.
Today's highlight was getting a solid 8.5 hours of sleep last night – ahhh. Not too much fitness today, but another day in the consistency book.
I love seeing comments like this from members excited about consistent fitness! This is why I try to blog as much as I can.
This daily exercise habit is getting addictive, and I'm really enjoying it. Yesterday (26) I had a feldenkrais class and walked 2 km. Today's my personal training session!
