I avoid making goals especially on exercise. Ten minutes a day on most days could work for me. I didn't say I would lose weight on 10 minutes a day. Early last week I realized that if I worked in most than the 160 minutes each week, that I could reach at least 1000 minutes for this month. Now I am on a mission. I have a stationary bike that we put together this week. It has helped increase my exercise time dramatically! I know that I need to set goals to continue this in the coming months.
