Lower My % of Body Fat

Reduce the Size of My Thighs

    You'll have a lot to keep your focus on with such great goal. Well written. I hope you allow yourself some leeway on meeting those nutritional goals. One meal out could blow your sodium intake, yet you hydrate well enough where this likely would not be a problem every now and then.
