Moroccan Chicken and Baked Lemon Spiced Rice

Ahhh, my friends, you MUST try the SparkRecipe for baked lemon spiced brown rice. I added some extra Moroccan themed spices: pinch of cinnamon, turmeric and green pepper, dash of smoked paprika, garlic. And marinated some boneless skinless chicken thighs in lemon juice and zest and similar spices. Roasted the chicken in the oven with chunky peices of carrot and zuchini, also dusted with lemon juice and spices.
This was SO DELICIOUS! I am totally satisfied.
