Got any advice?

Tuesday, December 27, 2011

On this day of your life, Maria, we believe God wants you to know ... that when you ask for advice, ask from those who had achieved mastery themselves.

Ask advice on relationships only from friends who have deeply fulfilling relationships. Ask money advice only from those who are wealthy themselves. Ask advice on kids from your parents only if you are happy with the way you've been raised

Who has achieved mastery themselves....

I give thanks to all of those that have gone before and traveled the road less traveled and lived to tell the tale. hehehe!

Thanks for all of you who have shared your, tips and gripes, your ups and downs, the good the bad and the ugly. We are truly in this together and I thank everyone in the SP Community for being there for me and I hope to be there for you.

As we approach this new year I still have a long road ahead but I thank God that I still have the mind to want to travel it.

This past year has not been easy, but it's not been all hard either, perception is everything.

Again I thank you!

If you have anything you want to share, please leave a comment.

I am looking for any tips and or advice to make this new year a success!

"Perception is everything." I love that.

My advice is plan, plan, plan. Plan what time you are going to eat, what you are going to eat, and when you are going to exercise.

This is most valuable to me.

    Certainly take time for self.
Remember that life is a journey, not a destination.
As a wife, I relish every moment with my hubby.
As a parent, same as with the hubby.
As a teacher, I do what I can like a surrogate parent.
As a friend, I support all who are my SP friends and those on the site.

I wish you the best God has in store for you, more than you can contain!

Smooches!
Sonya

Water, water, water, yet more water. Really does make a HUGE difference. Tracking what you eat or drink helps too whether it is here in a book on your own. Makes you aware of every little bit. Every little movement. Every bit of sleep. It all adds up or down as the case may be. Happy New Year.
