Oh my goodness. If I could see the grand total of cookies I've eaten in the last month, I'm sure it would be off the charts. I feel like my sweet tooth has gotten out of control. I keep craving sugar, especially during the later part of the day. I think I may have to swear off it completely for awhile, because I feel like having one cookie or scoop of ice cream just makes me want ten more. So frustrating!

In better news, I've finally been getting to catch up on my sleep, and catching up with friends and family at home too. So I need to focus on those healthy things and not allow the temptation of holiday sweets to trip me up!

Oh yeah, I can totally relate. A couple of things I'm doing are 1) A sugar-free month starting Jan.1 and 2) A week long green smoothie fast which started yesterday. Over the weekend I watched FAT, SICK & ALMOST DEAD. It's free online. Very inspirational. I don't have a good juicer so I started a smoothie fast. Lots of veggies & fruit. The plan is to turn this sugar craving around.
Good luck.

I have had the same holiday sweet cravings, so I am right there with you. Better luck to both of us in the future. emoticon
