To be honest, I may not have counted calories or put my food in Spark during my holiday break BUT I didn't over indulge either, which makes me feel a little proud. I tried to make better choices this year to avoid a meltdown. And, I did it. My Christmas Eve morning weigh in was a 3.3lb loss, which made me very happy. Today, I'm striving to get lots of good fruits and vegetables in. I chose a small snack pack of red grapes; a snack pack of apple slices; and, a ham/cheedar cheese sandwich on a whole wheat bun from Wawa. I also picked up a Cottage Doubles 100 calorie pack (cottage cheese and peaches). I never eat those but I thought I'd give it a try since I love cottage cheese and I've been craving fruit. Game on!
