I am making a pan of steel cut oats this morning. They take about 30 minutes to cook the way I like them. I always add cinnamon and sometime a little vanilla.They are yummy, filling and satisfying. I also add berries, frozen if I have them. I also add 1/4 c. 25 milk and 2 tsp raw sugar. One cup of oats prepared, makes me breakfast for 5 days. A good way to start the day.
