The last 6 months - an update

Six months ago (June 25, 2011) I reached my highest weight of 315lbs and decided it was time to recommitted to myself and my weightloss journey.
In this time there have been lots of ups and downs. I have been dealing with lots of emotional issues because I think they are issues that I need to deal with so that I can be successful on my weightloss journey. You don't get this big without having some underlying issues. I have still not worked through everything but I have made a good start.

emoticon So what have I done / accomplished in the last 6 months:

emoticon Weight loss = 5lbs
emoticon No significant change in inches
emoticon Total spark points = 8,532 (Average per month = 1,422)
emoticon Miles walked = 76.86 (Average per month = 12.81)
emoticon Total fitness minutes = 5,007 (Average per month = 834.5)

Did I do my best? Nope, I can do better.
Will I make an improvement in the next 6 months? Absolutely

Goals for the next 6 months:

emoticon Weight loss = 30 lbs (Average 5 lbs per month)
emoticon Total spark points = 9,000 (Average per month = 1,500)
emoticon Miles walked = 180 (Average per month = 30)
emoticon Total fitness minutes = 5,100 (Average per month = 850)
Fitness goal = Walk / run a 10K in under 100 minutes

Timed fitness test
Time : 39 minutes
Walk 1 mile
15 modified push ups
15 jumping jackes
15 lunges (each side)
15 high knees (each side)
30 bicycle crunches
20 mountain climbers
15 squats
10 burpees

Current information:
Weight 310 lbs
Chest: 54.0"
Waist: 53.5"
Hips: 59.5"
Right thigh: 33"
Right arm: 19"
BMI: 45.8 Class 3 obese

    You can do this-don't forget your commitment to yourself as you get into your busy season! 5 pounds are gone-you will kick those 30 lbs to the curb in 2012!
