Six months ago (June 25, 2011) I reached my highest weight of 315lbs and decided it was time to recommitted to myself and my weightloss journey.
In this time there have been lots of ups and downs. I have been dealing with lots of emotional issues because I think they are issues that I need to deal with so that I can be successful on my weightloss journey. You don't get this big without having some underlying issues. I have still not worked through everything but I have made a good start.
So what have I done / accomplished in the last 6 months:
Weight loss = 5lbs
No significant change in inches
Total spark points = 8,532 (Average per month = 1,422)
Miles walked = 76.86 (Average per month = 12.81)
Total fitness minutes = 5,007 (Average per month = 834.5)
Did I do my best? Nope, I can do better.
Will I make an improvement in the next 6 months? Absolutely
Goals for the next 6 months:
Weight loss = 30 lbs (Average 5 lbs per month)
Total spark points = 9,000 (Average per month = 1,500)
Miles walked = 180 (Average per month = 30)
Total fitness minutes = 5,100 (Average per month = 850)
Fitness goal = Walk / run a 10K in under 100 minutes

15 jumping jackes
15 lunges (each side)

20 mountain climbers
