2011 resolution - check!

My New Years Resolution for 2011 was to become more healthy. I'd just bought "The Spark" and had been a SP member for 4 months. I have been resolving to lose weight for probably close to 8 or 9 years. SP was the only thing that was new... and here we are at the end of 2011 & I can honestly say that I made it through the year and I AM a different person. I'm 20+ pounds lighter, 8 inches smaller, 3 pants sizes smaller, but other things have changed too. My energy level has sky rocketed. My stress level has decreased. And best of all, I've found a new exercise that I simply CANNOT live without. Exercise has always been "a chore" but Zumba is just plain ol' fun!! I look forward to moving, sweating & when I'm really stressed, I love trying to wear a hole in the floor!! I take classes 2 nights a week & use DVDs the other 3 days.
So what shall I resolve for 2012? Hmmm, first off, I'd like to lose 16 more pounds. That's only 1.3 pounds a month... sounds very doable. Heck if I actually put a little effort into it, maybe I can reach my goal weight by this summer. THAT sounds pretty enticing!! Besides my weight though, I need to work on my mind. I can be a negative person. I'd like to be more positive. *sigh* That could present more of a challenge than weight loss.
So my goals for 2012 - reach a normal BMI, hit my goal weight, be more positive!
