A mellow Xmas - wife was sick as a beast yesterday, but recovered enough to go on a walk with me and the pup. Oldest son came over for a couple of hours and it went well - no stress. Broke down and had some cookies and fudge and then gave the rest of it to my son to take to his home. So now the house is clear of junk! Ate fairly reasonably today and didn't gorge myself, so it's a pretty acceptable day.
