I felt increasingly stupied as I went around looking for Xmas gift for everyone, .............nothing for myself.
I still felt not perfectly well and did not want to go to the gym...almost WANTED TO DO AWAY WITH IT, and my memebership was almost expired....
But I felt very silly I know I spent so much time there and felt I was improving so much in my body confidence....to say nothing of improved tone & musculaR strenght.
I took up my phone and called Fabio, my fitness consultant. I asked them I wanted to know if I could renew my gym card without spending too much....Yes, he said, I have an offer for 7 months but I had to go right away...Off I went and I signed for 6 months plus 1 free month...
I am so happy dear friends and I feel it was the right move...I will start 3rd January as I'm away on holidays till then...wish me good luck and Merry Xmas to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
