I just finished day 14 of my exercise streak! A few slip ups on tracking, a little goody munching (but not too bad) and not getting enough water the past couple of days.
Overall pretty good. I am slowly getting stronger. I have increased my exercise from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. I still do have some 10 minute days though.
I was down 1.5 pounds this week.
