The hope of Christmas is for all of us - not just those who celebrate it.
That's why Christmas is my favorite holiday. It's the hope!
Over the centuries many have written about the wonder of a baby born for a unique purpose. He was specially sent by his father, the God of all, to do what no one else ever could or would. He would grow up to take on a job no one else was qualified to do - bear the penalty of the wrongs of all mankind to provide a way for the wrongdoers to be forgiven and live forever.
Is there any greater message of hope?
Today I celebrate that hope with you! May your Christmas be merry for the reason of hope given to us long ago!
Merry Christmas!
