Christmas

Friday, December 23, 2011

My son, Caleb is currently deployed far, far away from home. My heart misses him so ... I wanted to share something special with him that is personal ... mom to son. Now I'm going to be brave and share it with you too!

My wonderful Spark Buddy (thank you, Rachel) shot this video for me after we completed our 6.6 mile run today. Yes ... it IS cold here in Idaho! Hope you enjoy ...

Hugs, Eda

    Eda,
Wonderful blog.......praying your son is safe and comes
    home soon.

Daniel and his group are on their way. A year away from the kids and wife was too long.
I am thankful for all the prayers for them, and will continue
    to pray for your son.

    Merry Christmas,
    Darlene

Tissue Alert! And I know your brave soldier will need one to. Of all gifts this would be quite simply, the best.
Your buddies Leslie and Diana said it better than I could.

You have a beautiful voice by the way.

That was a sweet and angelic message of love to your son. How special to have shared it with us all. It took me to the quiet, peaceful manger of the Christ child. I feel warm and comforted by your "card". God Bless You, Eda. And thank you for your generosity.
    Love,
