Kitchen cleaned back up
Yep that about does it. Getting ready to do some more exercising here in a bit. I usually do it in 3 20 min slots, not so hard on the knees and it gets done. This AM I did 30 min instead while bf was singing up the rest of our duet we recorded.
I've been thinking a lot about the upcoming year and what I want to accomplish. I really think the biggest thing is doing what I am currently doing and just keep consistent.
