Well I haven't written a blog in about 10 weeks, so I thought I would update everyone on what is going on.
I have lost more body fat, however no weight. My body fat starting out was about 19% when I started with the trainer that is. Now my body fat is at a all time low of 13.33%. This is with Caliper testing, which pinches the skin. 98% accurate and way better than what my scale says from time to time. I am still at 5"5 and 144ish pounds (bounces around).
We have added swimming and running into the mixture of hardcore lifting and dynamic training. I am not to much into the running or swimming part of it, but I am doing it. Just the other day I ran 5.5 miles under 1 hour (55 minutes actually). I use a great tool called "runtastick" which is an application for the Iphone or Ipod or even Blackberry.
I have an interview set up at the gym I go to everyday and I have my heart set on being a personal trainer. I figure "why not give the knowledge that I have attained from my own personal experiences to the ones who need it or want it". I would like to be a certified nutritionist as well, but lets see how work, school and family all pan out together, along with training for my marathon in September of 2012! 9 months left to train, and going to be a lot less weight lifting and a whole lot of cardio training....OI!!
