2012-Getting Back to me!!!

I want to apologize to the Morning Workout group for not being a good leader for most of 20 11. I was diagnosed with hip bursitis and psisformis (lower back issue). It has been pretty painful. Physical therapy helped with the hip bursitis but I have suffered most of the year with the psisformis(sciatic nerve problem). In December 2011, I went to see a chiropractor that has reduced the pain with my sciatic nerve by 50%. Yea! I have felt well enough to walk a couple of miles on the treadmill. I'm not back where I was prior to the back issues but I am on my way.
I plan on continuing to see him until I get 100% and then stay on maintenance. I wish I would have seen him sooner.
I got down on myself and gained 10 lbs!! I quit exercising because of the pain and tracking WW points. I understand how depressing a chronic health problem can be.
Goals for 2012- Getting back involved with Sparkpeople, working out everyday, back on track with Weight Watchers and finding a special someone! I think it starts with feeling good about yourself so you can attract the right person.
