Great day! bad night!

I had a pretty good day yesterday, workout ate good felt great emoticon. But then later that night I got hungry emoticon. So what did I do well my husband brought a cake its a sock-it-to- me cake which I love but we only get them during the Holidays emoticon. Well last night I ate two pieces of cake and drink some sprite emoticon. But I thought about all my spark friend who are doing so well and confessed to a little mess up which gave me the strength to know its ok just don't let it get out of hand emoticon. So I felt better this morning knowing today is a new day to get it right! So now I'm off for my morning walk emoticon. Everyone have a great day! emoticon

    Let's see, I ate a Snickers candy bar yesterday, and Cheetos, and some of my kids Ramen noodles. Yes, we all have those days when we eat off-track, but we get back to it. Having those bad days actually recharges me when I get back on track.

    Oh sock-it-to-me...yummy!! No harm no foul....great way to overcome. Let's stay accountable for our choices then we should have no regret...I haven't had any great temptations yet this season but trust and believe, if I choose to have a nice piece of cake or something totally yummy...I am going to enjoy it....and track it and not lose my mind over it...I think my working out so much is really influences my choices. I just finished a GOOD double workout and my daughter is making the most delicious...and healthy gingerbread cookies..she just offered me one and I felt so good after this workout, I passed on the cookie(don't get me wrong, I WILL be having a couple later)..I just want to enjoy the good feeling from these 2 workouts. I'm teaching a tamale class later today so you KNOW I'll be enjoying THOSE with a big smile on my face!! Keep up the awesome work, you are doing great!!
