After joining SP, I grew wary of sugar. But I do have a sweet tooth, and quite often I crave for desserts. I glanced thru many sweet recipes in SP, and found that many of them substitute honey for sugar. So I started stacking my shelf with honey. It is also supposed to be very good for numerous health problems. However this article has opened my eyes.
