I have been mia the past few days because I was fighting a seriously annoying upper respitory infection that just will not take the hint and go away! My doctor actually called me to make sure I'm resting because she knows how much it's killing me to not be working out.
I haven't been worrying too much about tracking my food, because I really haven't had an appatite. I still make myself eat every three hours, but my meals are very small and clean. I figure it's ok to be on the low end of my calories since I'm not working out. My hope is to be over this in a couple of days and be back in the gym kicking ass and taking names.

. Benny does an annual review every year so he can see what he did right, and what needs improving. He even offers a free worksheet on his site to help you through the process. That way you can make constructive concrete goals for 2012 and not just the same old vague New Year's resolutions. I am going to do one and I would love to see others try it out as well.
