keep doing the right things

during the holidays, it's easy to think it's OK to "cheat" but it's not. You need to manage the eating even more during more temptations! The reason? there are always holidays and special occasions all year long so you just don't have the luxury of using that excuse. If you try, you will just gain weight and get discouraged. You CAN have that favorite piece of cake or pie, but leave all the other junk alone! (How am I doing on all this? well I used to consistently fail with a big fat F, but now I'm about a B- so far!)
