The cast came off yesterday. My mobility and range of motion for my wrist is, according to the doctor "Better than I would have expected without surgery". It is still a little weak so he gave me a splint similar to the "boot casts" they have for ankles. He wants me to use it for about 2 weeks. I also have a set of exercises to strengthen the muscles and tendons.

Now to detox my system to purge it of the pain pill residue.
