I am trying to get mileage early in the week, so I can slack off a little over the weekend. I will still try and get my 2 hours of fitness in, but Christmas Day will be kind of hectic, so I will probably sneak most of my minutes in at the end of the day. So, Cooper and I walked 9.6 miles today. It took us a little less than 3.5 hours. Of course that was spread out over two walks. 5.75 miles in the morning, and 3.9 miles in the afternoon. Our morning speed was appreciably faster than our afternoon speed. I was really aiming to do 5.75 miles again in the afternoon, but my poor feet started to really hurt, so we skipped the loop that goes up the big hill and around. But 9.65 miles is still very respectable. Cooper isn't worn out at all, but my feet still hurt and we finished over 2 hours ago. I am going to have to sit down and put my feet up for the rest of the evening.
Tomorrow is weigh in day for one of the challenges I take part in. I have absolutely no clue what the scale will say tomorrow. I am not stressing over it though. It is also grocery shopping day. My freezer is pretty full, so I will be buying mostly fresh fruit and dairy products. I love clementines, so I will definitely be buying another box as they are in season right now.
My dad is taking me to my afternoon appointment with my therapist. It is my last appointment with her, which makes me a little sad. I really like her, but she isn't handling adult clients anymore, so I have to transfer to someone else's caseload.
So, a mixed sort of day on schedule for tomorrow, but we will muddle through somehow. Stay warm everyone!
