Give me strength!

Well,...I did it! I have completed two 45-minute sessions of strength-training and I am pretty happy about it! I have been reviewing past issues of Oxygen Magazine and my strenght-training books that I own. I dragged myself into the home gym and went to work. Felt good when it was over!! :o)
