I sit here writing my first blog. I am mostly a silent reader and keep reading something or the other whole day. My work rite now is that of a Quality Reviewer and so keep reading specs developed by others. At home I stick to my lappy till I decide to sleep.
Yes -- As I remember myself, I never left my computer even in my college-- gaming whole day. and perhaps that's why I kept gaining my weight utill one day I became 91 KGs. ( BTW my name is kumar gaurav and my friends call me KG :P) . It's not that till this day I never wanted to loose weight ( More precisely FAT ). I tried many times and failed completely. Fully inconsistent - wanting to see result without following a healthy diet.
Now I weigh around 75 KG. I feel much more energetic. Feels good to hear from other - Oh you are becoming thinner. The inner portion of my thigh don't touch each other when I walk. I can climb 2 stairs at a time when around 6 months back I dreaded to climb stairs. Yes there is a sense of achievement that I am finally on my way.
There is the key - ON MY WAY. Still there is long way to go. I can still feel my belly fat. I will be soon within my BMI ( I am 5'10" ) but now I feel BMI is not the best measure. Untill I can get rid of belly fat it cannot be called a complete success. Currently, my progress did slow down. I am trying out something new - Intermittent Fasting - inspired by the book EAT-STOP-EAT and lean gain. I think God guides when someone tries with his full heart and perhaps that's why I discovered this exciting thing. :)
