So I completed day's 9 & 10 on level 1 of the 30DS video Saturday & Sunday. Both days were equal for me as far as strength & endurance. On both day's I did 5 regular pushups and the rest modified (as I had mentioned in my last blog that I would do). It was hard, but I did it. I then proceeded to watch level 2 to see what I was getting myself into Monday morning (this morning). I had heard that most people find level 2 to be harder than level 3. I don't get why she made the levels like that but I figure there's a reason behind her madness.
& now I'm gunna write a new blog of how level 2 went this morning... yes, it deserves it's own blog.
