work out under the weather?

Well i have had a cold for a week and realized it is very hard to exercise when you have a clogged up head and just being tired. but i try to still do the 60 min and increase the fluids. obviously my taste buds havent been effected yet lol I hope everyone has a wonderful christmas and safe new years.

    i been there done that, my docter said its fine to work out as long as its in your head (no pun intended), and not in your chest and he even said it will help ya to get better faster, but i understand that its hard to do, when i was sick, i just would go and half butt do mine lol..i hope you get to feeling better!..oh BTW it was 2 docs who gave me that info..1 was a cardiologisty and the other was a family doc, and the clinic nutrtionist kindof backed him up..have a good day!

    Try not to work out too hard, this can impede you from getting better - Rest is key and when you're all done you can work doubly as hard to get back what you lost. I hope you feel better soon :)
