The other day I wrote about eating carbs all day & not knowing why. Well, today it hit me. I've made changes to my sleep habits AND my workout has changed.
First, I've been getting up an hour earlier to get my workouts in & start my day earlier. Second, this is the 3rd month of my workout program so it now includes HIIT workouts and strength training 3x a week. Is it any wonder I've been craving carbs? My body simply needs more fuel right now. Duh!
Hopefully, this week my body will adjust. I'm tired!
