I've gained 11 pounds since August. Yuck. I feel heavy, and I feel like I've lost all that I've worked up towards.
I need to set out a goal that is reasonable. Before school started I was spending hours at the gym, and I think I need to scale it back to 30 minutes. I need 30 - 45 minutes of a workout that is going to leave me drenched.
It's research time.
