    I spend a lot for vitamins too. You live in the PNW so it's not surprising that your D levels are low. Mine have been that low too. I've had to take 50,000 icu before... I'm on 10,000 a week now. I hope that helps you out. Lots of C helps for the flu. I'm talking 3-5 grams... not mg. Grams. A lot. Look into that if you're still getting sick....
