Day two

Well today is day two of me being honest about what I am eating. I have been trying to log my meals for almost a year (actually 11 months), I have been exercising 250 to 300 minutes a week since middle of September, and I have lost five pounds. It occurred to me on Wednesday, the day after our Christmas party, that I had ate so much wonderful crab dip with crackers that I thought I would burst. I came home and thought you watch your diet but overeat at least once or twice a week. I knew that night that I had to get serious with myself. I had not done that yet. I am also a "picker" as I call it. I take bites of my husband's plate, I pick from the fridge while getting dinner, pick from the crackers, pretzels, etc. at work and do not log those calories. Not anymore, I am going to get healthy. It has been a struggle but I am going to make this work.

I already feel better typing this, I have never blogged before

    This is great news, tracking what I eat was a shocker to me, and a relief because I thought I wasn't eating much so I couldn't understand why I wasn't loosing weight.
