I have reached the goal I set for myself. That has got to be a first!! Haha! :D I am just so happy! It must have been all the walking I was doing for the three weeks I worked at Sears. I quit that job because it was affecting my sciatic nerve. My job was to walk circuits around the store for 4-8 hours at a time, looking for people to help. BORING!!! Anyway...
My next goal is to lose another eight lbs of fat by the end of January when I next see my doctor. I'll do C25K (walk to run) three times per week, plus 1 hr of yoga on Saturdays, plus 45 minutes walking on Thursdays with my son to do his paper route, plus a minimum of 20 minutes walking the dog every day, plus 3 x going to the gym per week for strength training. That should net me at least eight pounds of fat loss.
Starting on January 2nd, I'll be doing a 28 day Elimination Diet.
It's not for weight loss, but I'm sure it won't hurt!
