I've used the food tracker sporadically in the past... even did WW and would obsess over points until I burned out. Well, my therapist suggested planning my meals so when I go out I can know ahead of time what is good for the diet. Well, I'm logging my food before I even walk out the door and it is making a huge difference. I'm eating the right things and feeling good about my progress. Right now I'm measuring good habits before the scale or the tape measure. You don't need to wait all week to find out if you are doing good things each day!
