Spark Diet - Stage 1

Well, having bought "The Spark" and reading it, I decided to go thru the 4 stages of the Spark Diet again. Well, honestly I never made it past Stage 1, but I've set up my "Fast Break" goals and have been tracking them, so I'm almost ready for Stage 2. This is such a LOUSY time of the year to try and tackle a new diet; in fact I'm at that "bah, humbug" stage, ready for this holiday season to END so I can get back to some sane eating!

As far as my weight goes, this year was a repeat of last year: Drop 6-8 lbs, get down to 135 (a mere 10 lbs from the goal weight!), then slowly gain back the weight. At least this year I didn't gain back as much as last year; I started at 144 and right now weigh in at 141. I'd LIKE to lose 6 lbs before New Years, though I realize that's not likely (especially the way I've been GORGING myself emoticon). And since I'm leaving work early, (taking my daughter to a Chapel in Norman to see if she wants to get married there) I won't get in my lunchtime walking emoticon - but hopefully I'll FINALLY make it to the treadmill tonight! emoticon
