Lots of good info in this documentary. Also pointed to niacin as being a huge help in dealing with depression.
And I've heard this before - drink water in the morning before intaking anything else. Lots evaporate during the night.
I really enjoyed this health/food/nutrition-related documentary and have five more planned to watch dealing with a healthier lifestyle.
