Sometimes it just feels like you're doing the same song and dance routine.
I started over about a week ago.
Put a rough plan in place with food, exercise, motivation and a small starter goal.
Baby steps, and they seem to be working.
I'm not stepping on the scale yet, because I wanna work the kinks out and if the scale hasnt dropped that will just discourage me anyway.
