Winning in Winter Challenge Goals

My goal for this challenge is to lose 7 pounds over the next 10 weeks. I will begin 10k training after graduation, and will continue my weight lifting routine. I will not be drinking soda, and will be aiming to add more fruits and veggies. I also plan to cook more and eat out less, which will hopefully be easier now that I'm moving back home and will have more convenient access to a fully stocked kitchen. My mom is also trying to get healthy and lose weight, so it'll be nice that we can support each other in this :)
