Food Prep + Work = hungry girl, Help!

Okay so at work I have access to a microwave that is used by 30 people. The last 11 months I have been using a toaster to cook/warm up my food. I normally wrap it up in tinfoil and let it cook/warm up for about 30 to 45 min. I don’t have access to this toaster anymore and I find that the microwave dries up my food and it just doesn’t taste as good. Lately I’ve been eating a lot of soups which require the use of a microwave. I find that clean food taste the best when they are cooked or reheated on the stove , oven or toaster.

Well I guess my question is how do you prepare your food at work? Do you heat up meat and fish if you even eat those kinds of food at work? What do you eat at work? Maybe I need to play with the microwave settings. Ideas and suggestions are welcomed.

    I bring a fruit salad daily and the majority of the time I eat a sandwich on light oatmeal bread. My fiance and I are on a PB & Raspberry jelly kick. Otherwise I do light progresso soups or healthy choice or lean cuisine lunches. I try and limit those though due to the rediculous amount of sodium though... I too do not have a toaster at work, just the microwave

    I don't seem to have issues heating left over with a jarred covers for 1-2 min

    I have learned NOT to eat hard boiled eggs at work because people just think I am farting up the place. I enjoy bringing a wrap filled with veggies to work. No heat required.
