How do you handle Holiday eating? This year I plan to prepare a healthy menu. Turkey will be on the menu, side dishes will be substituted for healthy menu choices. Instead of lots of butter and sugar, I will use olive oil and other less fatty ingredients. I will be going to a couple of holiday parties. I will continue to eat small meals throughout the day, by the time I arrived to the party, I will not be very hungry. I will watch my portions.
